Section 7 Expenses
Often referred to as S7 Expenses, these are generally special or extraordinary expenses such as childcare, private school, orthodontics, post-secondary education and medical expenses not covered by a health plan. S7 Expenses are not included in the basic monthly amount of child support payments. The Calculation of S7 Expenses is in proportion to the parties income and in accordance with the Federal Child Support Guidelines.
